Description

  • Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients.
  • Work with account teams to assess customer program needs and align learning solutions to business priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison and communication point of contact for customer service engagements within contract parameters.
  • Conduct and participate in virtual customer meetings to understand business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project work plans and ensure deliverables are completed on time and in scope.
  • Evaluate project risks, escalate issues, and help develop contingency plans.
  • Provide weekly status updates to management and account teams and maintain meeting minutes and issue tracking records.
  • Keep current on course offerings, certification tracks, product updates, and L&D industry trends.
  • Pursue understanding of customer learning priorities to inform consulting recommendations.
  • Support professional development and take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, learning ROI metrics and measurement, and/or learning strategy.
  • University degree or commensurate experience.
  • Strong experience with virtual and collaboration web tools.
  • Advanced desktop application skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Access.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly.
  • Experience or familiarity with the computer-based training market.
  • Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms, preferably including integration of learning content with LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of foundational adult learning and development principles.
  • Experience applying L&D theories and methodologies to customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations aligned to customer goals.
  • Excellent customer service and facilitation experience.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with multiple virtual teams.
