Description

  • Provide bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom to help learners overcome blockers and improve in their roles.
  • Build trust with frontline workers and supervisors, sustain motivation, and hold learners accountable to their goals.
  • Use roleplays and interactive activities to provide real-time feedback, reflection, and goal setting support.
  • Explain key concepts and skills in a clear, scaffolded way and adjust support based on learner needs.
  • Help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and seek additional support when needed.
  • Help learners identify real-world opportunities to apply new skills and co-design incremental steps toward long-term goals.
  • Document coaching notes and send follow-up actions within 72 hours of sessions.
  • Track learner progress and trends and share insights or escalation needs with the team.
  • Participate in coaching team meetings, ongoing training, and playbook refinement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a track record of effective 1:1 support.
  • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner-level expectations.
  • Experience supporting study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement.
  • Previous professional experience in one or more of the following areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, or data analytics.
  • Previous professional experience in education, such as classroom teaching, 1:1 tutoring, or professional training (preferred).
  • Previous professional experience in banking or financial services (preferred).
  • Coaching certification such as ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to work approximately 15–25 hours per week based on availability and learner demand.
  • Availability for a 6-month contract with the option to extend.
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S.
  • Immediate start date.
