Description

Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
Reduce scope where appropriate to accelerate customer feedback and delivery.
Navigate integration and UX tradeoffs across different product teams.
Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing.
Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms to enhance performance.
Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
Contribute to the foundational services and SDKs that power the product experience across platforms.

Requirements

Senior Software Engineer experience in a product and infrastructure-focused environment.
Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on end-to-end design and simplicity.
Ability to work quickly, generate options, and decide what can ship now versus later.
Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable.
Prior experience with GCP is a plus.
Ability to include links to a portfolio and LinkedIn when applying.
