Description

Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
Reduce project scope where possible to get faster customer feedback and balance integration and UX tradeoffs.
Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms to optimize existing functionality.
Build faster loading and more intelligent parsing features.
Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
Work across product and infrastructure to design clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that improve the user experience.

Requirements

Experience as a senior software engineer or in a similar role.
Strong systems thinking with an end-to-end approach to design and simplicity.
Ability to work quickly, evaluate tradeoffs, and decide what can ship now versus later.
Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable, but the role is focused on Kotlin Multiplatform.
Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
Ability to provide links to a portfolio and LinkedIn when applying.
