Description

  • Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and reduce scope for faster customer feedback.
  • Navigate integration and user experience tradeoffs across different product teams.
  • Deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
  • Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing.
  • Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms.
  • Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

  • Experience working on systems with end-to-end design and a strong focus on simplicity.
  • Ability to generate ideas quickly and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time.
  • Experience working effectively in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable, but the role is primarily Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Prior experience with GCP is a plus.
