Description

  • Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases covering core workflows and edge cases.
  • Test features, bug fixes, and releases across browsers and devices.
  • Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear evidence and expected-versus-actual results.
  • Maintain test cases, regression suites, test reports, and release validation documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage and prioritize issues based on user impact.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Perform regression testing and release validation before launches.
  • Improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and cross-team communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of manual QA testing experience, particularly with web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with engineering and product teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause isolation skills.
  • Excellent written communication for documenting defects and test results.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar tracking and project management tools.
  • Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and issue reproduction.
  • Accessibility testing experience and familiarity with WCAG guidelines preferred.
  • Familiarity with text-to-speech or audio products, test automation tools, or API testing with Postman preferred.
