Description

  • Review recorded audio files for technical quality and project compliance.
  • Analyze noise floor, SNR, RMS, LUFS, peak levels, clipping, distortion, and frequency spectrum.
  • Verify 48 kHz sample rate, 24-bit depth, and mono WAV format.
  • Identify and flag recordings that fail quality standards.
  • Verify the quality, completeness, and duration of processed recording hours.
  • Maintain accurate QC records and quality reports.
  • Track and report recurring technical issues affecting recording quality.
  • Approve compliant recording hours for processing and client delivery.
  • Manage audio review workload according to the volume of recordings received.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Audition.
  • Professional experience in audio recording, editing, or quality control.
  • Strong understanding of audio technical parameters and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze RMS, LUFS, SNR, peak levels, frequency spectrum, noise floor, and clipping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with strict technical specifications and quality criteria.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to maintain clear QC records.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfort working with varying audio volumes based on project needs.
