Description

  • Coordinate compliance and incident reporting, tracking corrective actions through closure.
  • Prepare evidence, registers, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Administer Timegate, Templa, Lighthouse, and related workforce management systems.
  • Manage user access, permissions, site configurations, master data, cost centres, and system records.
  • Analyse workforce, attendance, training, payroll, and compliance data to identify trends and control gaps.
  • Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits across rostered, approved, and clocked data.
  • Provide reporting, compliance, and systems support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, data validation, and rollouts.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms, operational reports, dashboards, procedures, training materials, and confidential records.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit support, workforce systems, business systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience administering workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, incident management, corrective actions, and audit coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience reviewing workforce, attendance, payroll, or roster data and identifying exceptions and trends.
  • Strong systems troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including user training, procedure development, and professional report writing.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Knowledge of ISO compliance and a proactive focus on continuous improvement are preferred.
