Description

  • Lead negotiation and drafting of customer MSAs, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, DPAs, and vendor SaaS/service agreements.
  • Improve the existing contracts playbook by identifying gaps and clarifying fallback positions.
  • Enhance the contracts function through better people, process, and technology alignment.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Finance, and Procurement to balance risk with deal velocity.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to members of the contracts/legal staff.
  • Work with outside counsel as needed and help shape the future operating model of the legal/contracts function.
  • Serve as the primary legal partner for commercial contracting matters.
  • Support standardized, efficient handling of routine deals and contract workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • JD and active license required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to create or improve templates and playbooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and practical judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Authorized to work and reside in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

  • $175,000-$225,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
