Description

  • Administer and govern Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, and related enterprise platforms.
  • Manage configurations, workflows, permissions, plugins, dashboards, integrations, and administration standards.
  • Coordinate upgrades, lifecycle activities, testing, communications, documentation, and rollback planning.
  • Establish monitoring, operational-health, incident-response, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Lead API integration and governance, including authentication, authorization, documentation, and monitoring.
  • Automate tool administration using APIs, scripting, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Coordinate identity, security, vulnerability-management, audit, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides, API inventories, and dependency documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, Agile delivery, security, identity, service desk, and infrastructure teams.
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, maintainability, portability, availability, and operating cost.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant IT or platform administration experience.
  • 4+ years of enterprise Atlassian administration experience, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise tools, workflows, permissions, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, monitoring, and automated testing.
  • Experience supporting SSO/MFA and enterprise identity integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical administrators and automation engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Atlassian certification, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, CI/CD, automated testing, regulated environments, or Agile/SAFe experience.
