Description

  • Administer SAP application environments and HANA databases across development, testing, and production.
  • Monitor system health, database performance, background jobs, capacity, and operational alerts.
  • Plan and execute approved installations, patches, upgrades, system refreshes, and transport activities.
  • Manage backup and recovery procedures and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
  • Coordinate access administration, certificate maintenance, system hardening, and security remediation.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain configuration records and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least five years of experience working with the SAP platform.
  • At least 20 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs.
  • Proficiency in SAP Basis administration, HANA database operations, transport management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery, performance analysis, operating systems, and controlled maintenance.
  • Experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War programs preferred.
  • Eligible for Secret clearance.
