Description

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify, correct, and prevent quality issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality policies, procedures, standards, and improvement processes.
  • Create automated reports, scripts, dashboards, and quality assurance outputs using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
  • Perform statistical tests, ad hoc analyses, and data validation activities on large datasets.
  • Review data ingestion, transformation, collection, storage, and modeling processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, reporting, analytics, and project teams to implement report and process changes.
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
  • Document processes, prepare findings, make recommendations, and present results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and support project requirements, schedules, testing, and implementation.
  • Train users and stakeholders, conduct peer reviews, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple projects or clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data quality analysis or data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, statistical analysis, data cleansing, transformation, governance, and modeling.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight, advanced Excel, SharePoint, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum, plus Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Preferred: SAFe certification, GitHub experience, and a data- or math-focused graduate degree.
  • Preferred: Healthcare IT, HIPAA, CMS processes, and standards experience.
