Description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc enterprise reports.
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting and workflow specifications.
  • Build automated reporting solutions that reduce manual processes.
  • Test, reconcile, and validate report accuracy and data quality.
  • Support core conversion planning, testing, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation.
  • Partner with Systems Analysts on core system changes.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulations, training requirements, and fraud-prevention procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant workflow automation, process improvement, or systems analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of banking experience.
  • Advanced Cognos report-writing or equivalent enterprise reporting experience.
  • Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or CIF 20/20.
  • Experience validating and reconciling data during core conversions.
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Cloud Platform, or modern analytics platforms.
  • SQL scripting and reporting experience preferred.
  • Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States during Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Commitment to the employer’s tobacco-free policy, including cessation within 90 days if applicable.
