Description

  • Analyze data from structured and unstructured sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
  • Develop and implement data quality processes, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform statistical testing and ad hoc analysis on large datasets to assess data integrity.
  • Create scripts, dashboards, and reports to monitor data accuracy and quality.
  • Review data ingestion and transformation artifacts for validation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data operations, reporting, and project teams to update reports and implement improvements.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Monitor dashboards and reports, conduct peer reviews, and maintain ongoing quality checks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project requirements, schedules, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
  • Experience with SQL, R, or Python and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and data modeling.
  • Experience with SAFe or Scrum Agile methodologies and Jira or Confluence.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • SAFe certification, GitHub experience, healthcare IT/HIPAA knowledge, and CMS experience are preferred.
