Description

  • Own the enterprise customer experience on Starlink.com, including checkout, acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
  • Identify and develop pricing, product, and go-to-market improvements to support revenue growth and defend recommendations internally.
  • Support the integration of new hardware and service products into the Starlink portfolio, including pricing, operations, sales enablement, and portfolio management.
  • Support sales engagements, engage with customers, and answer questions about commercial models and product capabilities.
  • Partner with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
  • Work with Sales Operations to improve go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
  • Oversee technical training and development for team members.
  • Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline, or 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous technical experience focused on computer networking or software development (preferred).
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives (preferred).
  • Strong business judgment, communication, and negotiation skills (preferred).
  • Strong ability to prioritize the most impactful actions in ambiguous situations (preferred).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills (preferred).
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems (preferred).
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you have supported (preferred).
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $130,000 to $205,000 per year.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives, including company stock or long-term cash awards.
  • Potential discretionary bonuses.
