Description

  • Own consumer acquisition and growth for Maven's direct-to-consumer business, starting with the GLP-1 funnel across landing, onboarding, conversion, and activation.
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program by forming hypotheses, shipping tests, and incorporating learnings into the funnel.
  • Define, instrument, and monitor the metrics that guide consumer growth decisions, including conversion, activation, and early retention.
  • Expand the product mandate from acquisition into retention and engagement to deepen members' relationships with Maven over time.
  • Partner daily with engineering, design, analytics, clinical, and marketing teams to ship quickly while maintaining care quality and trust.
  • Bring and apply a point of view on how AI affects both product development and the consumer healthcare experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience on consumer products with ownership of a funnel, growth metric, or revenue line.
  • A track record of shipping quickly from ambiguity into live experiments.
  • Strong data fluency, including defining metrics, pulling queries, and designing experiments with clear readouts.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and explain tradeoffs.
  • Creativity in identifying solution options, including knowing when a copy change is sufficient versus a new product surface.
  • Enough technical depth to discuss architecture, costs, and tradeoffs with engineers.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in day-to-day work and a point of view on how AI changes consumer healthcare.
  • Customer obsession grounded in evidence, including talking to users and watching sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align clinical, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or another regulated space where trust and care quality shape growth (preferred).
  • Experience taking a 0-to-1 product from launch to product-market fit (preferred).
