Description

  • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and product data to identify friction points and recommend feature improvements.
  • Define success metrics for new features and analyze post-launch performance to inform roadmap iterations.
  • Partner daily with engineering, design, and localization teams to execute complex monetization and marketplace initiatives.
  • Translate product roadmaps into structured delivery plans with clear sprint goals, milestones, and release governance.
  • Identify execution risks, resource constraints, and critical-path bottlenecks early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the cross-functional point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support.
  • Manage operational deployment and go-to-market checklists for international expansions and localization pipelines.
  • Support global feature parity and successful launch execution across markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment, consumer subscription service, or digital marketplace.
  • Ability to use quantitative dashboards and qualitative user feedback to identify conversion drop-offs and propose practical product solutions.
  • Proven track record of breaking product initiatives into executable release plans using agile frameworks and sprint planning.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and cross-functional coordination demands.
  • Technical literacy to participate confidently in engineering discussions and understand technical trade-offs.
  • Strong communication skills to manage up and deliver concise status and product updates to leadership.
  • Experience building features for professional networking ecosystems, identity-driven profiles, or social connectivity platforms is preferred.
