Description

  • Lead a team responsible for digital ASIC verification at the block and system level.
  • Own the verification test plan, including development, execution, milestones, test harnesses, and test sequences.
  • Develop SystemVerilog testbench infrastructure, including UVM and non-UVM environments, for designs such as DSP blocks.
  • Oversee test plan execution, regressions, and code and functional coverage closure.
  • Contribute to pre-silicon verification, chip bring-up, and post-silicon validation.
  • Work with engineering leaders to drive product requirements and improve Starshield satellite performance.
  • Recruit, develop, train, and retain high-performing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or another engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience with design verification and testbench development.
  • Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering (preferred).
  • Experience with verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM, or VMM.
  • Strong object-oriented programming knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
  • Experience with constrained random verification.
  • Experience developing test plans, implementing coverage models, and analyzing results.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python for automation.
  • RTL design, chip bring-up, and post-silicon validation experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
  • Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed to meet critical milestones.
  • Willingness to travel for off-site testing.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for U.S. Department of State authorization.

  • Base salary of $160,000 to $225,000 per year.
  • 10% clearance differential, up to an additional $20,000 annually, for employees with an active clearance once briefed into a classified program.
