Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts, owning the relationship from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term retention and growth.
  • Build and manage account strategies that deliver customer success and measurable social/humanitarian impact for underserved communities.
  • Deliver scalable, high-quality customer service and develop engagement strategies and content that enable continuous growth and self-support in underserved communities.
  • Identify customer requirements, manage expectations, and build relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development needed to maintain and grow business.
  • Maintain extreme ownership to drive continuous growth and streamline processes for operational efficiency.
  • Define and document the social impact narrative, producing case studies, reports, and stories that demonstrate measurable benefits in education, healthcare, and economic development.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies to advance program goals.
  • Define and advocate for internal policies, training, resource allocation, and performance incentives that integrate social impact into Starlink’s operations and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience.
  • 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, commercial or government contracts, or business/enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership in negotiations and ability to read, draft, and negotiate complex contract documents.
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple new products or programs from ideation to full-scale implementation and to independently manage complex projects with executive-level oversight.
  • Experience interpreting, negotiating, and influencing technical requirements in high-stakes environments and managing large-scale projects under tight time, resource, or geopolitical constraints.
  • Excellent problem-solving, investigative, and executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including crafting impact reports and narrative-driven content.
  • Exceptional empathy, active listening, resiliency, and stakeholder management across diverse cultural or regional contexts.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed and be willing to travel to SpaceX offices, customer locations, and international regions.
  • ITAR eligibility: must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

  • Base salary range $115,000–$150,000 per year for this role.
