Description

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
  • Develop and own account strategies that integrate social and humanitarian impact goals with commercial sustainability.
  • Deliver scalable, high-quality customer service to underserved communities and enable continuous growth and self-support through engagement content and programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence product, programmatic, and technical development.
  • Shape and document Starlink’s social impact narrative through case studies, reports, and stories demonstrating measurable benefits in education, healthcare, and economic development.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies to advance connectivity initiatives.
  • Define and advocate internal policies, training, resource allocation, and performance incentives that embed social impact into Starlink’s operations and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience.
  • 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, commercial or government contracts, or business/enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership in negotiations (preferred).
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple new products or programs from ideation to full-scale implementation (preferred).
  • Track record of defining and managing complex projects independently with executive-level oversight (preferred).
  • Experience interpreting, negotiating, and influencing technical requirements in high-stakes environments (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and delivering under tight time, resource, and geopolitical constraints (preferred).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations, impact reports, and narrative-driven content (preferred).
  • Ability to read, draft, and negotiate complex contract documents and discern requirements, deliverables, and risks; must be available for extended hours/weekends and willing to travel internationally as needed; must meet ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required Department of State authorizations).
