Description

  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering, scoping, and planning through implementation and deployment.
  • Move across front-end and back-end application layers as project needs evolve.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code guided by strong development principles.
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in team knowledge sharing.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly during client interactions and team discussions.
  • Make independent technical decisions when requirements are ambiguous and communicate the reasoning behind them.
  • Balance delivery speed with system stability, quality, and deadline constraints.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, learn new stacks, and automate routine tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Strong foundation in core development principles including OOP, functional programming, clean code, and architecture.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor as part of the workflow.
  • Ability to adapt technical focus across front-end, back-end, or new technologies as project goals change.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a tech-agnostic way rather than being tied to one language or framework.
  • Comfort working on projects that span multiple technologies and require quick learning.
  • Ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
