Description

  • Partner with Sales Directors to conduct customer discovery and identify AI-driven solutions to business challenges.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between medical affairs teams and AI solutions, translating medical requirements into technical implementations.
  • Maintain best practice guides and playbooks to improve readiness for AI solution adoption.
  • Support AI roadmap development for pharmaceutical customers based on their strategic vision and medical affairs needs.
  • Assess and inform internal capabilities in medical affairs.
  • Work closely with Customer Success project leads to support project implementation and ensure adherence to customer requirements and scope.
  • Facilitate customer understanding of Responsible AI tool applications.
  • Co-lead training and change management initiatives with clients.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to align product features with customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary medical affairs subject matter expert representing client needs and helping define and design solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance across field excellence, insights management, KOL engagement, publication planning, congress management, and impact demonstration.
  • Support platform adoption across medical personas by identifying barriers and resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Pharma or Biotech, with about 5 years of progressive experience in medical affairs.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical Affairs (field or office based), Medical Operations, Medical Analytics, or Tech Ops.
  • Proven experience working with field teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical insights processes, requirements, and best practices.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry challenges and AI technology opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Commercial experience preferred.
