Description

  • Own daily administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud across global regions.
  • Design and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Improve data quality through deduplication, cleansing, imports, exports, and data governance practices.
  • Administer integrations with third-party tools such as marketing automation, Slack, AI platforms, and learning platforms.
  • Support territory management, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and quota tracking.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to align Salesforce configurations with local requirements.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and implement features that benefit the business.
  • Maintain system documentation and training materials, and train Sales users as needed.
  • Coordinate with the external Salesforce implementation partner and lead UAT for enhancements and releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex, global or multi-regional Salesforce deployments.
  • Hands-on Experience Cloud experience, including building and managing portals or communities.
  • Strong proficiency with Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Slack, DocuSign, or Snowflake.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards for revenue operations, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • Experience leading or participating in UAT, including test scripts, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to evaluate Salesforce, data platforms, AI agents, and integration technologies and recommend scalable CRM practices.
  • Experience with CPQ tools is preferred.
  • Japanese proficiency, IoT, telecommunications, or enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, or other regional data privacy requirements is preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore global teams is preferred.
