Description

  • Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce organizations while following quality assurance and launch procedures.
  • Partner with customers to design solutions that improve user efficiency and business management.
  • Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration errors and potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop future-state plans for assigned clients.
  • Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user, profile, role, report, and dashboard configuration.
  • Build time-saving automations using Salesforce Flows.
  • Advise customers on Salesforce best practices and explain trade-offs between alternative solutions.
  • Communicate promptly and resolve customer requests within service-level agreements.
  • Manage multiple client requests and de-escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as an IT leader, administrator, or consultant.
  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce automation; strong Flow knowledge preferred, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
  • Strong Salesforce administration and configuration expertise; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues across application, database, network, and integration layers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards.
  • Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL, or other systems using tools such as Apex Data Loader.
  • Experience researching, installing, and configuring Salesforce applications.
  • Experience with FinancialForce, Accounting Seed, or legal accounting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills from prior customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
