Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software supporting provisioning, licensing, and purchasing capabilities.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services.
  • Contribute to technical designs and architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
  • Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Mentor and coach engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to automation, infrastructure improvements, and cloud-native engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Experience with agent-driven development and code review.
  • Strong Java backend development experience.
  • Experience with Golang and Python.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Experience with Maven and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of software design, testing, debugging, and distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills while remaining hands-on.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
  • Experience with licensing, provisioning, subscription management, or purchasing platforms preferred.
  • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices preferred.
