Description

  • Help prospective customers understand how Sonar’s Clean as You Code approach fits into their software development lifecycle.
  • Drive technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations.
  • Advise customers on aligning the Sonar solution with their preferred deployment strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during customer evaluations.
  • Support post-sale product adoption and growth in partnership with Customer Success and Support.
  • Help existing customers understand the capabilities of advanced product editions.
  • Provide technical enablement to channel partners to improve their service level.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams by sharing customer feedback and product insights.

Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and explain software solutions clearly.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, give and receive feedback, and share knowledge.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements and innovations.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment is required.
  • Background check and reference verification are required before the start date.
