Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound client communications across phone, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Handle phone inquiries efficiently while maintaining fast response times and first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Monitor and respond to live chat conversations while managing multiple clients at once.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CX platform to support follow-up and service continuity.
  • Reconcile client grievances in line with company processes and service standards.
  • Manage client memberships, including adjustments, policy enforcement, and client education.
  • Provide real-time support for booking issues, membership questions, and studio-related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve and optimize the client experience.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in a client experience or customer service role, with phone and chat support strongly preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to maintain a professional, friendly tone.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple chats.
  • Proficiency with phone systems, chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
  • Ability to identify and communicate improvement opportunities across the CX team and organization.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to support process and policy changes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment.
  • Intercom and MindBody Online proficiency preferred.
  • Must reside within 25 miles of a [solidcore] studio.
  • Must be willing to work a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday schedule.
  • Must be willing to work either 10 am - 6 pm EST or 11 am - 7 pm EST.
