Description

  • Own the technical components of new client deployments, including installation, integrations, and data migration.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure clear client communication, deliverable alignment, and deadline management.
  • Collaborate with Business Solution Consultants on the business-side processes of new implementations.
  • Support clients through onboarding by explaining technical requirements and helping them prepare client-owned tasks.
  • Provision and configure Etrieve environments so clients can successfully integrate with other systems and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Execute data migration for clients transitioning from previous imaging software, including data mapping, data translation, and data imports.
  • Work across multiple projects and project teams simultaneously while anticipating and managing changes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, identity access, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL and strong knowledge of database concepts.
  • Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, or OneLogin.
  • Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Database knowledge and data migration experience.
  • Base-level knowledge of managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server.
  • Base-level knowledge of configuring, testing, and troubleshooting identity provider (IdP) integrations.
  • Base-level knowledge of configuring, testing, and troubleshooting API integrations.
  • Experience administering enterprise content management software is preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology, engineering, or related field is preferred, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
