Description

  • Lead data collection and solution configuration for Tecsys implementations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes.
  • Build on-site relationships with clients and guide them through software onboarding.
  • Support the implementation of world-class supply chain software solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Contribute to successful deployments by applying consulting and application knowledge developed through training.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, business partners, and colleagues across regions to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of internship experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and general ledger journal entry and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Flexibility and a strong self-learning mindset.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Valid Canadian or U.S. passport due to frequent travel across North America.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for work with stakeholders outside Quebec.
  • Strong French communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred: understanding of procurement and inventory management.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Preferred: technical aptitude.
  • Preferred: ability to analyze BI data.
