Description

  • Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, including servers, databases, storage, and related resources for client environments.
  • Act as the first responder for issues received through Salesforce and Azure DevOps, diagnosing, resolving, and escalating incidents as needed.
  • Track and manage cloud assets and resources across client environments, keeping inventory, configuration, and cost data accurate and current.
  • Build, test, and execute automations, pipelines, and scripts to support cloud operations.
  • Maintain monitoring and alerting tools such as SIEM and Datadog to ensure system health and high availability.
  • Maintain security tools and access controls, and support ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotation to support operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end products and features.
  • Stay current on cloud technologies, operational best practices, and cloud cost management (FinOps).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of server administration experience with Windows, Linux, or similar systems.
  • 1+ years of database support experience.
  • Experience provisioning and configuring cloud resources across multiple client environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency managing cloud resources such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with cloud asset/resource management and monitoring or ticketing/ITSM tools.
  • Understanding of operational security and defense-in-depth concepts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level software environments and 24x7, high-performance systems.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field preferred, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Coursework or practical experience supporting hardware and software systems in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with the Etrieve platform is a plus.
  • Experience with on-prem to cloud migration is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
