Description

Drive technical architecture, design decisions, and cross-functional discussions for AI and ML-based solutions.
Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment.
Lead the design, development, and testing of systems.
Lead code reviews and system design reviews.
Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
Mentor other engineers and help grow the team’s technical culture.
Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, and software developers.
Apply advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories, and concepts to build solutions.
Take initiative and deliver timely results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of programming experience on a modern stack with expertise in Python.
Experience building AI stack capabilities such as agents, MCP servers, fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and performance evaluation.
Experience working with applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs).
Comfort developing with Java, Kotlin, Spring, AWS, Snowflake, Kubernetes, or similar cloud-native technologies.
Experience working on a service-oriented architecture or microservice-based application.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
Pragmatic approach to balancing technical debt against new feature delivery.
Experience in a collaborative coding environment, including design refinement, code reviews, and pull requests.
