Description

  • Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners supporting the assigned organizations.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Diagnose organizational and talent challenges and design scalable people solutions.
  • Provide executive coaching and advice on leadership effectiveness, performance, team dynamics, and change management.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives across complex and ambiguous organizational challenges.
  • Use people analytics and business data to inform decisions, identify trends and risks, and improve organizational health.
  • Provide guidance on employment practices and help ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Simplify and execute people programs so they are easy for the business to adopt and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to design integrated people programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing People Business Partner teams.
  • Progressive HR experience in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders and leadership decisions.
  • Strong capability using people analytics and business data to drive decisions and organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR domains including compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities with adaptability and resilience.
  • Experience in a banking or tech company is preferred.
  • Workday experience is preferred.
