Description

Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive new loan originations.
Collaborate with product, product marketing, business unit leadership, operations, sales, data science, and executive stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Plan personalized multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
Design and deploy educational content strategies that help members navigate the lending market.
Manage a full-funnel experimentation roadmap and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
Drive campaign automation and personalization using audience and performance insights to improve always-on campaigns.
Report on lifecycle channel, campaign, and program performance to marketing and business leadership.
Partner with data science to build reporting frameworks, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
Direct campaign priorities with Lifecycle Marketing Tech Ops.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience across email, in-app, push, and SMS.
Experience using AI-driven insights or machine learning models to improve segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy for growth through cross-sell, upsell, onboarding, and retention at scale.
Ability to operate independently in a dynamic market environment.
Strong analytical experience using various testing methodologies.
Experience directing creative decisions for lifecycle marketing and rigorously testing value propositions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
Experience working in a regulated industry such as FinTech or banking is highly preferred.
Genuine interest in the lending space.
MBA or other advanced degree is a nice-to-have.
Previous finance, tech, or banking experience is a nice-to-have.
