Description

Respond to inbound member inquiries by phone and chat about SoFi student loan and personal loan applications.
Own the resolution of member inquiries and anticipate follow-up needs.
Provide empathetic, professional support while applying strong problem-solving and relationship management.
Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines to protect sensitive information and member trust.
Share root-cause insights about member inquiries, concerns, and complaints with teammates.
Advocate for members to help improve products, operations, and policies.
Document member interactions clearly using templates when appropriate.
Develop knowledge of internal processes and procedures to maintain accurate loan system data and paperless loan documentation.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google products, data visualization tools, customer service tools, and administrative tools.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to make decisions using analytical skills.

Ability to identify trends in daily work and adjust accordingly.
Ability to build productive working relationships with coworkers, management, and clients.
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required.
Flexibility to work alternative schedules, including evenings, early mornings, and weekend days, with some overtime as needed.
