Description

  • Schedule swim instructors across multiple Florida regions.
  • Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time between lessons.
  • Make real-time scheduling decisions based on territory logistics and availability.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and respond to parents by phone, SMS, and email.
  • Handle client follow-ups, inquiries, and customer support promptly.
  • Use Go High Level (GHL) to manage scheduling, communications, and payments tracking.
  • Work in the internal app to support operational coordination.
  • Send messages, flyers, and client updates as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in admin, scheduling, or operations.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls with U.S. clients.
  • Able to work quickly under pressure in a real-time scheduling environment.
  • Highly tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography, especially Florida, is preferred.
  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL) is preferred.
  • Customer service experience, especially with parents, is a bonus.
  • A mature, relatable personality and the ability to confidently handle difficult clients.
  • Not suitable for candidates who need constant guidance, struggle in fast-paced environments, or are junior/entry-level.
