Description

  • Design multiple learning formats for employees, including e-learning, instructor-led modules, infographics, learning bites, and short instructional videos.
  • Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create training content and design materials from scratch.
  • Analyze complex technical content and write engaging, accurate scripts within deadlines.
  • Develop learning assessments for different training delivery methods.
  • Manage content libraries and learning management systems to house training, assessments, and completion tracking.
  • Guide the visual strategy for training products, communications, and knowledge management systems in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using JIRA.
  • Produce clear, concise, and interactive instructional materials for web-based and instructor-led training.
  • Support learning evaluation through surveys, feedback mechanisms, train-the-trainer sessions, and trainer certifications.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, designers, and programmers to deliver training solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or 3 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to create content and course materials.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills.
  • Experience designing training materials using the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.
  • Understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360 tools.
  • Experience with learning management systems is preferred.
  • Experience developing materials for classroom (ILT), virtual, and self-paced eLearning modules.
  • Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Experience creating training materials for FinTech, banking, or financial services is preferred.
