Description

Design and optimize chatbot flows for e-commerce and customer service journeys.
Write clear conversation copy aligned with brand tone and business goals.
Analyze customer transcripts and chatbot performance to identify issues and improvements.
Use NLP/LLM tools and prompt engineering to improve response quality and scalability.
Partner with international teams to localize bots for regional goals and personas.
Work with analytics to evaluate performance metrics and measure impact.
Conduct functional, linguistic, and regression QA testing of bot interactions.
Contribute to special projects such as chatbot consolidation, competitor analysis, and new bot launches.

Requirements

Native-level fluency in German.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience designing and launching chatbot or conversational AI solutions in production, internships, academic projects, or research.
Experience with or exposure to LLMs and prompt engineering.
Introductory knowledge of Python or another scripting language for conversational systems or automation preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
Interest in AI, conversational design, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
