Description

Collaborate with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
Create thoughtful, engaging designs for a range of marketing channels and asset types.
Apply Mindbody brand guidelines consistently across campaigns and communications.
Manage multiple projects while delivering accurate, high-quality work on time and aligned with each brief.
Use core design principles to create clear hierarchy, effective layouts, and cohesive visual storytelling.
Communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback to strengthen final deliverables.

Requirements

1+ years of graphic design experience, including exposure to marketing, with B2B experience preferred.
A portfolio featuring professional work beyond academic projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe After Effects and foundational motion design.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, screen layout, color theory, motion, and typography.
Ability to apply current design trends and best practices to marketing work.
Clear communication skills and openness to feedback, collaboration, and continued growth.
