Description

  • Edit high-quality video content that matches each brand’s style and tone of voice.
  • Create social media ads, including UGC, motion graphics, and high-production content.
  • Optimize video assets for TikTok, Meta, and other platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback and revisions.
  • Stay current with video trends and conversion-focused editing techniques.
  • Support performance marketing creative for multiple brands within the agency’s production team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience using other video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
  • Proficient in motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, self-manage, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant expertise.
