Description

  • Design creative assets for digital, print, out-of-home, social media, websites, and visual storyboards.
  • Develop compelling visual solutions using imagery, typography, color, pattern, and texture.
  • Interpret each project’s business case, strategy, and client context before executing design work.
  • Stay aware of visual trends, technological advances, and cultural nuances in the design landscape.
  • Expand concepts into motion design and interactive design deliverables when needed.
  • Collaborate productively with teammates and contribute to day-to-day assignments.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and assignments independently.
  • Own versioning and material application of design ideas across multiple executions.
  • Complete work under the direction of the creative director, including quality assurance and proofing before final production.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of design experience at a creative, marketing, or advertising agency, or in a related field.
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong design judgment, imagination, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Asana.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in new projects.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
  • Experience with HTML5 is a plus.

  • Base salary of $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
