Description

  • Own senior relationships across larger, higher-impact client accounts.
  • Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews, and account planning.
  • Guide clients through launches, pivots, and scaling moments.
  • Identify upsell, retention, and growth opportunities across accounts.
  • Line-manage Account Managers within your pod.
  • Coach Account Managers on communication, organisation, and client ownership.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of Account Managers.
  • Oversee UGC and creative workflows across the pod.
  • Ensure launches are planned, resourced, and executed cleanly.
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery or client risk while maintaining consistency in processes and client experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in agency account management.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC, and launch cycles.
  • Confidence running senior client conversations independently.
  • Commercial awareness with focus on retention, margin, and growth.
  • Calm authority that earns trust from clients and teams.
  • A genuine interest in leading people, not just accounts.
  • Standards-driven approach with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Accountable, structured, and decisive working style.
  • Remote-first working arrangement with 1 day per month in the London office.
  • Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development is preferred.
