Description

  • Own the end-to-end UGC process across assigned accounts, from creator briefing and onboarding through content review and delivery.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics and production timelines, acting as the operational link between Account Managers and the Production team.
  • Support campaign onboarding by understanding each brand, confirming timelines, and joining internal kickoff calls.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time content schedules and track live delivery status across all accounts.
  • Keep Account Managers proactively updated on progress, risks, and blockers so nothing becomes a surprise.
  • Manage communication with creators and influencers to ensure smooth workflows, consistent delivery, and strong return rates.
  • Review creative assets before they reach the Account Manager and catch quality issues early.
  • Run day-to-day follow-up on overdue items, including UGC chasers and tracker updates, to keep work moving.
  • Attend commercial briefings, brief creators and production teams at launch, and support weekly account wrap-ups.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management, operations, or production coordination role.
  • Agency experience is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues early.
  • Strong, clear communication skills that are reliable, concise, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Familiarity with UGC, content production, or performance creative workflows is a big plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability.
