Description

  • Build and execute affiliate strategies across multiple ecommerce brands.
  • Develop creator recruitment plans aligned with each client’s commercial objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage creators and agencies through TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre.
  • Launch affiliate campaigns from briefing through execution.
  • Coordinate gifting, commission structures, incentives, and promotional mechanics.
  • Build long-term creator partnerships while maintaining brand authenticity.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Analyze GMV, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and affiliate contribution.
  • Test new approaches and continuously optimize performance based on data and market trends.
  • Produce insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate programmes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with performance metrics.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience within an ecommerce or DTC brand is preferred.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace is preferred.
  • Shopify or WooCommerce experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of performance marketing is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing ecommerce performance data is preferred.
