Description

  • Lead creator communication throughout UGC campaigns from onboarding to content delivery.
  • Build and maintain creative briefs in partnership with social strategists and clients.
  • Oversee UGC deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and content matches client expectations.
  • Source, outreach, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators for the internal database.
  • Cast creators for campaigns by matching talent to brand needs and campaign goals.
  • Provide guidance and resources to internal creators to support high-quality content production.
  • Identify and test process improvements, new content formats, and campaign structures.
  • Use AI technologies to improve business operations.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to support department goals.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve and scale UGC delivery.
