Description

  • Lead communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns from onboarding to content delivery.
  • Build and maintain creative briefs in partnership with social strategists and clients.
  • Oversee UGC deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and content meets client expectations.
  • Source, outreach to, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators in the internal database.
  • Match creators to campaigns based on brand needs and campaign goals.
  • Support creators with the guidance and resources needed to produce high-quality content.
  • Improve creator workflows by refining processes and testing new content formats or campaign structures.
  • Enhance business operations through the deployment of AI technologies.
  • Use Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end to end.
  • Proven ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve and scale UGC delivery.
