Description

  • Lead communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns from onboarding to content delivery.
  • Build and maintain creative briefs in partnership with social strategists and clients.
  • Oversee campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Source, outreach to, onboard, and manage an internal creator database.
  • Match creators to campaign and brand needs through thoughtful casting.
  • Provide creators with guidance and resources to produce high-quality content.
  • Identify and test process improvements, new content formats, and campaign structures.
  • Enhance business operations through the deployment of AI technologies.
  • Use Power Digital’s nova ecosystem to support department objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve and scale UGC.
