Description

  • Identify and recruit suitable creators using TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center.
  • Conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and onboard creators into affiliate campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators through incentive and reward schemes.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of high-performing creators across multiple client accounts.
  • Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings.
  • Monitor daily campaign activity and performance metrics such as CTR, GMV, sales, AOV, and affiliate contribution.
  • Optimize creator performance and campaign profitability through ongoing testing and iteration.
  • Coordinate with content, paid media, client teams, and the Department Lead to align creator activity with growth strategies.
  • Track and report campaign performance using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.
  • Provide creative direction and brand-compliance support to creators.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with reporting and performance analysis using TikTok Shop dashboards or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience working across multiple client accounts in an agency environment (preferred).
