Description

  • Discover, recruit, outreach to, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates through TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center.
  • Negotiate participation terms and build long-term relationships with creators.
  • Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings.
  • Monitor daily campaign activity and performance metrics such as CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, and Affiliate %.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and creator effectiveness.
  • Work with the Department Lead, content team, paid team, and clients to align product selection with creator strategy.
  • Provide creators with support, creative direction, and brand compliance guidance.
  • Track and report affiliate campaign results using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.
  • Share performance insights with stakeholders and iterate strategies to improve results over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms such as Amazon or Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.
  • Experience managing teams and/or affiliate or influencer programs.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in a startup or agency environment is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience managing DTC ecommerce stores is preferred.
  • Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social is preferred.
  • Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms is preferred.
