Description

  • Own follow-up with broker partners to keep opportunities moving through the sales funnel.
  • Design and manage outreach sequences to schedule new broker conversations.
  • Upload, review, and assess RFP documents to determine bid eligibility and opportunity fit.
  • Complete RFP intake forms and partner with Sales Managers to review submission outputs.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and manage sales pipeline records.
  • Lead post-mortem reviews to analyze lost opportunities and capture actionable data.
  • Serve as a technical resource for broker partners on drug questions and net cost outcomes.
  • Attend broker calls and finalist meetings, capture notes, and identify decision dynamics and pain points that support winning the deal.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, account coordination, or insurance brokerage.
  • Experience in PBM or healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for modeling net cost outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and persistent follow-ups.
  • Ability to evaluate RFPs and data sets with a strategic, win-oriented mindset.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
