Description

  • Lead a team focused on customer success, product adoption, retention, and post-sale satisfaction.
  • Set team goals and priorities to support account coverage and client outcomes.
  • Manage key performance indicators across the team’s portfolio of accounts.
  • Coach team members regularly and identify training opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with client operational leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalated client issues and drive solutions.
  • Identify product and process gaps through business impact assessments and client expectation management.
  • Support client escalation handling and service recovery efforts.
  • Assist with candidate review and hiring for the team.
  • Monitor team capacity, bandwidth, new business assignments, and client reassignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of knowledge of healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, or commercial health insurance required.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management with documented expectations, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience or informal leadership in process improvement, quality initiatives, efficiency, or project management.
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate and mediate conflict.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented work ethic and ability to take initiative with little to no direction.
  • A positive, forward-thinking, customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and coaching and desire to grow into leadership roles.
  • Empathic, consultative communication style with transparency and professionalism.
